PowerPro RTO shows a login in use but no one is logged on with that name. This increments the licenses in use, how can I reset that login?
It looks like the connection to the Firebird database (from that login) was trminated abruptely.
On the server (where your PowerPro RTO backend runs, 3rd Text Box of PowerPro login window) do as follows:
1) Make sure everyone else is logged out of PowerPro RTO
2) Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools>Services
3) Select "Firebird Server - Default Instance" and right-click to activate the following menu:

4) Click on the "Restart"menu item
All done, all "zombie" connections will be reset.
